Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operations Team Member, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth handling and dispatch of products that support retail clients across multiple markets. If you're organised, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of a dynamic warehouse team, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Goods Handling — Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming merchandise safely and efficiently.
* Order Fulfilment — Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring quality and order integrity.
* Inventory Management — Assist with regular stock counts, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
* Compliance with Safety Procedures — Follow and uphold all warehouse health, safety, and security protocols, including proper manual handling techniques.
* Communication & Teamwork — Collaborate effectively with warehouse colleagues, dispatch, and administrative staff to meet daily targets.
* Time Management & Attention to Detail — Prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and a focus on quality.
* Forklift Experience (Preferable) — Experience operating a forklift or similar industrial equipment is highly desirable.
Youll Succeed If You
* Enjoy a physically active role and are comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
* Are detail-oriented and committed to order accuracy.
* Can adapt to dynamic workloads and shifting priorities.
* Work well within a team while maintaining accountability for individual tasks.
* Possess prior warehousing or logistics experience (a plus).
* Have a valid forklift licence or related experience (preferred).
* Have a valid Driving Licence
