Legal Case Management System Champion (12 months fixed term), Ipswich
Are you a detail-oriented Legal PA or operations specialist with a passion for legal technology? Do you excel at improving systems and supporting colleagues in a modern law firm environment? My client, a leading law firm with a strong commitment to innovation and inclusiveness, is seeking a Legal Case Management Systems Champion for a fixed-term contract in Ipswich.
This role is hybrid.
As the Legal Case Management Systems Champion, you will be the driving force behind enhancements to the firm’s case management system. This is an opportunity to shape the way legal operations run from end to end, supporting upgrades, leading on user training, and helping your colleagues get the absolute best out of the technology that powers their work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and implement improvements to the legal case management system.
2. Participate in data improvement forums, pinpointing opportunities for enhancements and championing best practices.
3. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and new feature rollouts.
4. Deliver expert support for training, becoming the go-to resource for all user queries.
5. Maintain accurate and current records (Courts, Mediators, Experts, etc.).
6. Act as the main contact for system engagement and user feedback, providing practical insights to improve adoption.
7. Assist in preparing process documentation and user-friendly guidance.
8. Manage access permissions for sensitive matters, upholding the highest standards of privacy and security.
Applicants MUST HAVE hands-on experience with legal case management systems, or be a Legal PA with standout systems skills and tech confidence.
You will be detail-focused, analytical, and able to spot opportunities for data quality improvements. You will also be a great communicator who enjoys supporting and training others, including translating technical concepts into straightforward language.
