Private Client Solicitor
Our Client is seeking a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their established team. Here, you'll deliver expert advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, and more, all while championing exceptional client experiences and leading a dedicated support team.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days a week in our Stockport Office following the initial training period. There may be an adhoc requirement for client home visits.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a personal caseload, delivering against targets by providing high-quality, timely, and professional advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts, always acting in the client's best interest.
* Prioritise and manage deadlines independently, handling complex inquiries and drafting necessary legal documents while maintaining detailed records and timely communication (phone and email).
* Ensure exceptional client experience, especially for vulnerable individuals, by offering compassionate and sensitive advice, managing expectations, recognising potential risks, and resolving issues without compromising the client or business.
* Oversee accurate billing and fund disbursement, suggest policy and procedure improvements, and ensure compliance with company policy.
* Team Management: Provide effective leadership and guidance to support staff.
* Person Specification:
* Experience working in a similar role as well as a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
* At least 5 years specifically in estate administration, alongside a thorough understanding of relevant laws.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for professional interactions, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
* Be a resilient, flexible, and empathetic team player who can manage their workload independently, meet strict deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Proven experience in team management, with the ability to guide and mentor more junior members of the team.
