Package Description

Shift Details: Part-time position available, requiring 16 hours per week, with hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

About The Role

Your main responsibility will be to provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact, along with administrative duties.


Other Responsibilities Will Include

* Answering calls and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages.
* Handling reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and assisting the General Manager with administrative tasks.
* Keeping the reception area tidy and liaising with Housekeeping to maintain standards.

* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Be confident with computer use.
* Possess a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
* Have experience with problem-solving and handling client complaints.
