Timothy Armoo is a serial entrepreneur and author who built and sold Fanbytes for a multi eight-figure sum at 27. He now runs Legon Media - a content and media business which builds, scales and sells companies.
He has an audience of 750,000 people with the majority being founders, operators, and ambitious professionals globally. He’s also the author of a Penguin-published book \"What’s Stopping You\" which is slated to be one of Penguin's biggest books in 2026.
Since Fanbytes, he's brokered two more 8 figure deals in the services industry.
Okay...now onto the juicy part.
The next phase of Legon Media is the build-out of a 12-month, high-ticket mastermind for £1m+ founders, focused on one outcome: building sellable, scalable businesses.
This hire will act as Operating Partner to Timo of that business.
You will own execution, revenue operations, and programme quality, while working closely with Timothy on vision, positioning, and high-leverage.
In return you will be paid well, given profit shares and equity in a business with a proven entrepreneur and a vast entrepreneur network.
What you’d be doing:
* Build and manage the programme structure, timelines, delivery rhythm, and logistics.
* Build simple systems (dashboards, SOPs, checklists) so the business runs predictably, even during launches and live events.
* Translate Timothy’s priorities into a clear operating plan with weekly goals, owners, and deadlines, ensuring nothing relies on memory or follow-ups.
Revenue and sales ownership:
* Own the full application and admissions process, from inbound interest through qualification, sales calls, and close
* Run high-touch sales calls and group webinars, confidently closing £25k annual memberships while protecting long-term group quality.
* Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue weekly, adjusting process and messaging based on real sales data.
Speaker recruitment and curation.
* Identify, recruit, and manage high-calibre speakers using Timo’s network who materially raise the level of the room.
* Own speaker preparation and logistics so every session is tight, relevant, and worth founders travelling for.
* Curate in-person events that feel premium, focused, and outcome-driven rather than “networking for networking’s sake.”
What success looks like after 60 days
* The mastermind has a clear operating rhythm, defined standards, and a functioning revenue engine.
* Applications, qualification, and sales are running without friction and without founder dependency.
* Timothy’s time is clearly shifted away from operations and into content, teaching, and high-leverage relationships.
What we want you to have done before
* Operated inside or run a high-ticket education, advisory, or mastermind business.
* Closed high-value offers (£10k–£50k) via calls, webinars, or application processes.
* Acted as a second-in-command, general manager, or senior operator.
* Worked closely with a strong founder or personal brand.
* Managed complex programmes involving people, revenue, and live experiences.

* Base Salary: Very Competitive base + upside. Below are the upside details
* Upside:
* Revenue-linked bonuses paid every quarter.
* Net profit share from the mastermind
* Equity in the mastermind business
