HuemanAI is building the future of hospitality with AI. From voice agents that handle reservations to smart recruitment tools that remove admin pain, our platform helps restaurants, hotels, and venues deliver better guest experiences — while freeing up teams to focus on what matters most: people.

We’re heading into our first big expo and a wave of pilots, and we need someone who’s just as excited about customer relationships as we are about AI. This is a chance to get in early, help shape our Customer Success function, and grow with us.


The Role

As a Customer Success Associate / Executive, you’ll be the bridge between HuemanAI and our clients. You’ll make sure new customers feel confident from day one, guide them through onboarding, and support them as they scale. Think of yourself as part-strategist, part-problem solver, and part-cheerleader, ensuring our clients succeed with our products and feel the impact of AI in their business.


What You’ll Do

* Own the onboarding journey: guide new customers through setup, training, and early adoption of HuemanAI products.
* Act as the go-to contact for day-to-day questions, helping customers get the most out of our platform.
* Build trusted relationships with restaurant and hospitality clients, listening to their needs and gathering feedback for our product team.
* Track customer health metrics (usage, adoption, renewals) and proactively flag risks or opportunities.
* Work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure a smooth handover and deliver a consistent customer experience.
* Champion the voice of the customer inside HuemanAI, influencing roadmap and priorities.


What We’re Looking For

* 1–2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing support (SaaS / hospitality tech experience a plus).
* A natural communicator, clear, empathetic, and confident with people at all levels.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships.
* Tech-savvy: able to learn software quickly and explain it simply to customers.
* Startup mindset, adaptable, hands-on, and excited to grow with the company.
* Passion for hospitality, technology, and the magic that happens when the two meet.
