Job Advert – Support Worker (Day Service)
Location: Washington Community Resource Centre
Contract: 6 months (Fixed Term)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated and friendly team, working to ensure individuals receive the highest standards of care and support. Duties will include:
Supporting with personal care and mobility.
Assisting with meals and health needs.
Promoting independence, confidence, and life skills.
Working in a person-centred way to meet individual support plans.
Building positive relationships with customers and their families.What We’re Looking For
