Join Our Dynamic Team as a Classroom Support Assistant
Are you passionate about helping students succeed and creating a positive learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Support Assistants to join our school community. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide essential support, foster inclusive classroom experiences, and help every child reach their full potential. If you’re enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to make a difference in young learners’ lives, we want to hear from you!
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Start Date: ASAP / September start
Salary: £430 - £450 per week

What We’re Looking For:
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
Experience working with children or young people (1-2 years minimum)
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, resilient attitude
Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
