Full time hours on a temporary basis
As an Insurance Assistant, you will:
* Assist with the administration and handling of public liability and property claims, including those submitted by members of the public or their legal representatives regarding personal injury or property damage.
* Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date insurance and claims records.
* Support the management of wider insurance matters.
* Assist with insurance‑related administration for leasehold and commercially leased properties.
* Liaise professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including the general public, internal council departments, solicitors and external organisations.
