What you’ll be doing as Head of Services:
Leading and supporting Service Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding services.
Shaping and implementing strategic goals and growth plans.
Representing the organisation with funders, partners, and stakeholders.
Driving innovation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Supporting income generation and funding applications.
Deputising for the CEO and contribute to the development of the Senior Leadership Team.
We’re looking for a Head of Services with:
Significant experience in managing services.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of safeguarding, service delivery, and charity operations.
A strategic mindset with a passion for improving lives.
