Adobe Presales Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Adobe Presales Specialist to lead our engagement across Adobe’s product portfolio. In this role, you’ll combine your technical understanding of Adobe solutions with strong communication and enablement skills to drive awareness, confidence, and adoption across our sales teams, partners, and customers.
You’ll act as the in-house Adobe expert — demonstrating product capability, supporting presales engagements, and ensuring customers and partners understand how to get the most value from Adobe’s market-leading technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Adobe Solution Expertise
* Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe products, including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud (Acrobat/Sign).
* Stay current with Adobe’s latest product developments, sales motions, and go-to-market strategies.
* Translate Adobe’s product updates into clear, actionable insights for sales and technical teams.
* Presales Support & Customer Engagement
* Support the sales team in customer engagements — providing product demonstrations, technical guidance, and solution recommendations.
* Confidently present Adobe solutions to customers, showing how they can drive creativity, productivity, and ROI.
* Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities to expand their Adobe usage and adoption.
* Sales Enablement & Training
* Deliver engaging training sessions to internal sales teams, ensuring they can position and sell Adobe products effectively.
* Develop playbooks, quick-reference guides, and sales tools to support Adobe propositions.
* Partner with marketing and sales to drive Adobe pipeline and campaign success.
* Channel & Partner Advocacy
* Work closely with Adobe resellers and partners to build confidence and capability in selling Adobe solutions.
* Act as an Adobe ambassador within the channel — promoting best practices and sharing product updates.
* Support joint customer opportunities and partner-led initiatives.
About You
* Proven experience working with or selling Adobe solutions — ideally across Creative Cloud, Acrobat/Sign, or Experience Cloud.
* Strong presales background — comfortable running product demos, building value-based proposals, and engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and persuasively.
* Confident working across multiple teams and functions, from sales to marketing to vendor relations.
* Passionate about Adobe technologies and excited by the opportunity to help others unlock their creative and business potential.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in a presales, vendor specialist, or technical enablement role.
* Experience within the IT channel, distribution, or software sales environment.
* Adobe certifications or formal product training (advantageous but not essential).
