This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential block management experience who is looking for a stable, supportive environment with the flexibility of hybrid working once you are fully up to speed.
You will be responsible for managing a residential block portfolio, building strong relationships with leaseholders, contractors and freeholders while ensuring high standards of service, compliance and financial control.
Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential blocks Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents and clients Organising site visits and contractor works Overseeing health and safety and building compliance Managing service charge budgets and expenditure Issuing Section 20 notices where required Working closely with accounts and senior management Attending meetings and supporting AGMs when needed About You Previous experience in residential block or property management Strong communication and customer service skills Good understanding of service charges, compliance and contractor management Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Willing to work from the Evesham office while learning the portfolio before xjlbheb moving to hybrid working What is on Offer Salary of £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience Hybrid working once settled into the role Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunity to grow and develop within the business Long term career stability If you are an experienced Block Manager or a Property Manager looking to move into block management and would like to work in a positive, forward thinking team, we would like to hear from you.
