Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Conveyancer based in Prenton. The Residential Conveyancer will manage property transactions from inception to completion, liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting property searches, advising clients on legal issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality client service throughout the conveyancing process.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Law and Residential Conveyancing
* Experience in Legal Consulting and resolving Legal Issues
* Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and management of property transactions
* Excellent Communication skills with the ability to explain legal matters clearly to clients
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation
* Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of regulations and procedures surrounding residential conveyancing in the UK
* Professional qualification as a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer
