Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Lambeth Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Lambeth, A 6-month contract for an experienced Revit experienced technologist or Technical Architect to deliver a multi-unit residential scheme at Stage 4, with a strong focus on faade packages and technical delivery. This well-established architectural practice is recognised for delivering complex residential-led projects across London, with a strong technical and delivery-led culture. The studio works collaboratively across architecture, technology and delivery, producing robust, buildable solutions with a particular strength in faade design and coordination. This commission is a multi-unit residential project moving through Stage 4 and into delivery, requiring an experienced technical professional to support the team on a contract basis. Role & Responsibilities Lead and deliver Stage 4 technical packages for a multi-unit residential project Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit Coordinate and develop faade packages, ensuring buildability and compliance Liaise with consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors Resolve technical and construction-related queries through delivery Support project delivery in line with programme and quality standards Required Skills & Experience Senior-level experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect Advanced Revit proficiency and strong technical detailing ability Proven faade experience on multi-unit residential projects In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods Experience delivering projects at Stage 4 and through technical delivery Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an established team What you get back 6-month contract with the option of FTC or freelance engagement Salary or day rate dependent on experience (DOE) Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
