Join us as a Facilities Management Administrator at Thirteen Group!


Role Overview:

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Facilities Management Administrator to join our Estate Services team at the Thirteen Recycling Centre in Billingham.

Key Responsibilities:

* You’ll look after the shared Estate Services inboxes and direct all communication to the relevant people.
* Where possible, you will be responsible for handling queries, complaints and claims as a first POC.
* You will be expected to ensure all systems and logs are up to date and accurate at all times.
* In the office, you will need to ensure that all stationary and office supplies are stocked and maintained.


About You:

* You’ll need great IT skills, meticulous attention to detail and a love for organisation.
* You’ll be dealing with customers and colleagues daily, so you’ll need fantastic communication skills.
* Ideally you would have some customer service or administration experience, but we’re looking for great potential so please apply if you feel the fit is right!
