Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager – Finance to join our health team! with responsibility of NEC Software Solutions UK Ltd (Medical Imaging and MIDRSS) diabetic eye screening solution.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team delivers an exceptional customer experience that will result in increased business engagement and customer satisfaction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor key performance metrics and produce financial and service delivery reports.
2. Manage end-to-end delivery of finance-related services (, invoicing, contract reconciliations, customer reporting).
3. Attend regular customer and internal meetings.
4. Understand the contractual commitments in place with MI UK and MIDRSS customers and monitor to ensure contracted SLAs are delivered.
5. Build strong relationships with finance teams, auditors, clients, and third-party vendors.
6. Identify trends and opportunities to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
7. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Identify potential opportunities for future business expansion within existing services and customers.
9. Work with members of staff from different teams and build strong working relationships.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
10. A proven record of delivering services to a high standard and meeting associated SLAs;
11. Experience and detailed knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes;
12. Experience of working directly with customers preferably in a Healthcare;
13. Experience of producing detailed and accurate reports and documentation;
14. Experience and involvement in Change Control processes;
15. Experience of contributing to bids for new business;
16. Strong communication skills;
17. Excellent IT skills including good knowledge of MS Office and Google Tools;
