Your Responsibilities Fabrication and Assembly: Expertly manufacture custom plastic components and products based on precise drawings, sketches, and both written and verbal instructions. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate production and project delivery. Quality and Craftsmanship: Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring all fabricated items meet the company's stringent quality standards. On-Site Installation: Be prepared to travel for assembly and installation work at client locations, which may require overnight stays. Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges head-on to ensure project deadlines are met without compromising on the quality of your work.What We're Looking For Experience: Proven experience as a plastic fabricator. Technical Skills: Proficient in hot gas welding and precise material cutting. Material Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of plastic materials, including polypropylene, polycarbonate, PETG, HDPE, PVDF, and PVC. Tool Proficiency: Competent in using various plastic equipment, including extrusion welding and a variety of hand tools. Flexibility: A willingness to undertake site work, which can involve travel and overnight stays. Licensing: A forklift license is desirable but not essential.
