The Role – Principal Implementation Consultant

In this role, you will:
* Implement: Lead project management and ensure successful implementation.
* Build relationships: Develop strong client partnerships.

* Become an expert: Support teams technically through the implementation process.
* Collaborate: Maintain documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
We value experience over formal education. Key qualifications include:
* 12+ years in SaaS delivery of enterprise technology, including HRIS integrations and SSO.
* Experience supporting a sales pipeline, product planning, and aligning outcomes with features.
* Proven consulting skills and experience managing global enterprise clients.
* Passion for mental health, tech-for-good, and improving lives.
* Ability to foster cross-team collaboration and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
* Self-awareness and eagerness to learn from others.
