Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Location: Northampton NN7
Fixed shift pattern – no rotation
Shifts
* AM Shift: 06:00–14:00 (Monday to Friday)
* PM Shift: 14:00–22:00 (Monday to Friday)
We are currently recruiting Warehouse operatives/ Reworkers to join a busy logistics operation in the Northampton NN7 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking stable, full-time work with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
* Reworking and repackaging goods to meet quality standards
* Labelling, scanning, and inspecting products
* Sorting and assembling items as required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Adhering to health & safety procedures
* Meeting daily performance targets
Requirements
* Good level of spoken and written English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliability and punctuality
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
