Paid Media Campaign Specialist – LinkedIn Advertising
We are currently looking for a Paid Media Campaign Specialist to support global marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer with strong experience in LinkedIn advertising, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing LinkedIn advertising campaigns end-to-end while working closely with global stakeholders to drive marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute LinkedIn paid media campaigns from strategy to optimization
* Manage multiple concurrent campaigns (10–12 campaigns)
* Develop data-driven audience targeting strategies
* Monitor campaign pacing and optimize budget allocation
* Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights
* Partner with marketing teams and stakeholders to improve campaign outcomes
* Provide strategic recommendations on creative, targeting, and budget optimization
* Explore AI-enabled media buying tools to enhance campaign performance
Required Experience:
* 3–5 years of experience in paid media campaign management
* Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Advertising
* Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns
* Strong analytical mindset and campaign optimization experience
* Experience communicating with stakeholders and presenting campaign insights
Preferred Experience:
* Recent agency experience in a client-facing role
* Experience with AI-powered media buying tools (e.g., )
* Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar analytics platforms
* Experience managing high-volume campaign portfolios
