What you will do:
* Provide expert clinical pharmacy services within the surgical pharmacy team
* Ensure all surgical patients receive optimal pharmaceutical care and medication counselling

* Mentor and guide junior members of the pharmacy team
* Manage and critically analyse complex medication regimens
* Participate in research and clinical audits to enhance service quality
