The Role: Location: Fleetwood (FY7) Start Date: 23rd February Duration: Monday - Friday (Temporary contract, until March 31st) Hours: Split Shift (6 hours per day) Morning: 07:30 - 09:30 Afternoon/Evening: 14:00 - 18:00 Key Responsibilities: Site Security: Opening the school promptly by 07:30 and ensuring a comprehensive, secure lock-up each evening. Health & Safety: Executing regular compliance checks, safety reports, and general grounds maintenance. Seasonal Maintenance: Keeping the school running in all weathers ensuring paths are salted/safe by 07:30 for staff and fully cleared by 08:35 for pupils.
