We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Cheshunt.
The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months property management experience, with a full understanding of all current legislation.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Car Allowance
~ Monday to Friday 8.5 day week
~ Great working culture
~ Manage your own portfolio of 80 properties
Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
Property visits and inspections
6 months+ Property Management experience essential
