What you’ll do
Deliver independent safety advice across defence platforms and systems
Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and ALARP justification
Develop and manage hazard logs and safety case documentation
Advise on compliance with MOD safety policy, standards, and legislation
Engage with stakeholders to drive safe, sustainable engineering outcomes
What you’ll bring
Strong knowledge of UK MOD safety frameworks (e.g. Def Stan 00-056, JSP815)
Experience with hazard analysis, HAZID facilitation, and safety case authorship
Familiarity with DSA, MAA, ASEMS, and POSMS processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Eligibility for UK MOD security clearance
