Salary: £28,679 to £37,379 per annum plus possible 10% market forces payment
Total salary could be with a market forces payment £31,546 to £41,116 per annum
A Market forces payment could be accessible for a fully qualified, suitably experienced, exceptional candidate.
Location : Based at Selby campus
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering to join our Engineering department, where you will teach practical and theoretical courses in Electrical Engineering. You will join our innovative team of highly qualified professionals.
As a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of students, by providing them with the engineering skills, knowledge and training required to enable them to achieve their goals, while ensuring the economic development and success of engineering industries.
We are seeking a motivated person who is enthusiastic about working with young people, adults and employers, has up-to-date engineering industry knowledge and expertise, a passion for engineering and an excellent team player.
As a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering, you should:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
- Have experience in a relevant industry and/or educational setting
- Have practical skills and theoretical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
- Hold GCSE A*- C / 9 - 4 in English and Maths or equivalent (as a minimum)
