At Janus Europe, we’re on a mission to drive smart, data-led growth through meaningful marketing. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales & Marketing team by managing our CRM and automation platforms, creating insights from data, and helping deliver campaigns that connect and convert.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage our CRM system — ensuring data quality, compliance, and reporting.
* Track and process sales enquiries, supporting lead conversion.
* Create marketing and customer insight reports that drive decision-making.
* Research competitors, customers, and markets to fuel innovation.
* Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media & automation.
* Support event planning, webinars, and branded content.
* Coordinate creative assets, SharePoint content, and branded merchandise.
* Collaborate across departments and with external partners on ad hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of marketing experience
* A marketing qualification (desirable)
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* CRM & marketing automation experience
* Project management and multitasking skills
* Canva or similar design tools (a plus)
* Bonus: Fluency in a European language
