Site Agent – Permanent

RGB Recruitment are working with a well-established civils contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent on a permanent basis to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Cornwall.
This role would suit a motivated individual with a strong background in civils, utilities, or infrastructure projects who is looking to secure a long-term position with a reputable regional contractor.
The Role:
* Managing day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and internal stakeholders
* Monitoring programme progress, costs, and reporting on site performance
* Resolving on-site issues and driving works to completion
About You:
1. Previous experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar role within civils/infrastructure
2. Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
