What Youll Do as the Registered Manager
* Champion a safe, supportive, and high-performing home
* Drive excellence in care planning and service delivery
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards
What Youll Bring as the Registered Manager
* CQC Registered Manager status
* 2+ years managing a Childrens Ofsted-registered home
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
* Deep knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a commitment to best practice
