Job Overview
InclusiveKidsClubs are seeking dedicated and passionate After School Club Practitioners to lead and deliver a variety of sessions using our structured plans. Whether you're running a creative arts workshop or a fast-paced sports activity, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with children.

We expect each staff member to undertake safeguarding and Paediatric first aid training and an enhanced DBS check will be necessary. We follow the safer recruitment process which is necessary to any individuals working within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging activity sessions (e.g. arts & crafts, drama, team games, sports) using our pre-designed plans
* Create a fun, inclusive, and positive environment for all children
* Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
* Set up and pack down activities before and after sessions
* Manage group behaviour positively and confidently
* All clubs run for 1 hour but you will be paid for 1.5 hours as it is expected to prepare space and clean spaces suitably after use
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Confidence in leading activities and engaging a group
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
* Experience working with children or in a similar setting (desirable but not essential)
* Willingness to complete a DBS check (or already hold one)
