As they continue to grow we are on the hunt for a Supervisor to join the team in Central London, within a prestigious department store. As the Supervisor you will support the Manager in daily concession operations and every aspect of the customers' journey as they visit the boutique.

The role as a Supervisor:
The overall purpose of the role is to act as a brand ambassador, you will support the Concession Manager to drive and nurture the team to achieve business goals. Through your passion you will create a collaborative culture centred around customer service.
As our Supervisor you will have/be:
* Min 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role within luxury retail or high volume customer facing role.
* Proven retail sales experience
* Experience working within a department store environment is beneficial
* Proven experience managing and developing a team
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and visual merchandising skills
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Sales driven and results orientated
* Positive 'can do' attitude
