Duties
* Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production and preparation.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the establishment.
* Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
* Train new employees on food preparation techniques, serving methods, and hospitality best practices.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Strong culinary skills with hands-on experience in food preparation and cooking.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership abilities.
* Background in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
