What will you be doing?
As a Commercial Graduate Trainee, you will learn about the company, its products, and the market through continuous on-the-job training. You will also receive comprehensive professional sales training to develop the skills needed for a successful sales career.
No two days are the same; you can expect to attend customer breakfasts, external events, supplier trade days, and more. It's a fun and dynamic environment to start your career!
The graduate scheme is designed to develop key commercial skills to support business growth and to prepare participants for future managerial roles. Internal progression is preferred, providing opportunities for high-performing graduates to advance into management positions.
