Day-to-day of the role:
* Conduct a detailed service review of the Neighbourhood Service, examining its structure, functions, staffing, and resources.
* Develop business cases, conduct feasibility analyses, and plan resources to align the service with regulatory, corporate, and customer needs.
* Oversee the strategic and operational delivery of a high-quality Neighbourhood Service.
