About The Role
Your primary focus as Unit Manager - Non-Clinical will be to support the care home management team in delivering high-quality care by providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Other Responsibilities Will Include
* Leading a team of nurses, senior carers, and carers to provide staff support, including demonstrations and instruction of care activities.
* Enhancing and promoting residents' quality of life through effective care planning.
* Managing and participating in the rota to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
* Supporting the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers in managing medication systems, including ordering and distributing prescribed medication to residents.
About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have
* An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* At least two years' experience working within a care home environment.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
