Customer Service Advisor
We require a customer service representative to manage queries from web customers who have purchased items from us.
The role is a mixture of taking telephone calls/emails and professionally dealing with complaints and other queries relating to customers purchases.
Main duties include:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone
* Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement
* Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in basic retail math calculations
Please note, this role is full time office based- 5 days per week.
