My client, a leading regional law firm are looking for a receptionist to join their growing team.
In this role you will be ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and client suite, you will be responsible for front of house duties, event coordination, maintaining high levels of presentation.
Main Responsibilities
* Great and assist visitors at reception, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
* Coordinate events from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution
* Ensure the client suite décor and furniture are always presented to a high standard
* Set up meeting rooms, ensuring catering and refreshments are presented to a high standard and ensuring allergies and dietary requirements are handled correctly.
* Handle calls and emails promptly and professionally
* Complete all health and safety paperwork and procedures diligently Liaise with ground floor security and workplace staff for smooth operations.
* Set up meeting spaces according to requirements
* Ensure all AV/VC equipment is functioning properly
* Provide IT assistance and support as needed
* Receive training in fire marshal and first aid duties
* Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the Property and Workplace Team.
* Any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
