What You’ll Do:
In this 12-month maternity cover role, you will:
1. Lead HR projects such as HRIS implementations, process improvements, policy updates, or training initiatives.
2. Act as the bridge between HR, senior leaders, and business teams to deliver impactful results.
3. Own project timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk management.
4. Support change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
5. Use HR data and reporting to track progress and demonstrate project outcomes.
What You Bring:
6. Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, and policies.
7. Experience managing projects with clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
9. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
10. Proficiency with HR software; employee relations experience is a plus.
