Introduction – Estate Administrator
An established residential estate operator is looking for a highly organised Estate Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a large, site-based development. This role sits at the heart of operations, acting as the link between residents, contractors, and on-site management.
Role Overview:
* Location: Site-based, East London, Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Package: DOE
* Industry: Residential Block Management / Property Management
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing proactive administrative support to the on-site management team
* Managing resident databases, registrations, and day-to-day enquiries
* Handling email, ticketing systems, and telephone communications
* Liaising with residents, property owners, contractors, and stakeholders
* Coordinating contractor access, quotations, and maintenance bookings
* Supporting planned and reactive maintenance administration
* Assisting with compliance, health & safety, and fire safety documentation
* Preparing reports, correspondence, and resident communications
* Supporting resident engagement initiatives, events, and newsletters
* Identifying process improvements to improve site efficiency
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Ability to juggle priorities and work to deadlines in a busy site environment
* Experience in block management, residential estates, or hospitality-focused environments
* Proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving
* Comfortable liaising with contractors, residents, and senior site staff
