As a key member of our dialysis team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. You'll assess individual needs, develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans for patients dialyzing in our in‑centre or satellite units, ensuring all care aligns with professional standards and organisational policies. In the absence of senior staff, you will provide leadership and supervision to other qualified nurses, healthcare support workers, and students, ensuring that every member of the team contributes to excellent patient outcomes. Flexibility is essential, as you will participate in our haemodialysis on‑call rota to support the needs of the service. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of nursing care to meet the individual needs of dialysis patients.
* Identify and respond to clinical changes in patients, seeking senior advice as needed to ensure safe, effective care.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with decreasing levels of supervision, using our established nursing model.
* Accurately record clinical observations and patient data, maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and families, offering reassurance and support throughout assessment, care, and treatment.
* Collaborate effectively with senior colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team to discuss and resolve clinical issues.
