The Role: Secondary School Teacher
As a Secondary School Teacher, you'll be at the heart of inspiring young minds. You'll be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, respected, and challenged.
* Assessing student learning and providing timely, constructive feedback.
* Developing and implementing strategies to support the individual needs of all students.
* Working closely with a supportive team of colleagues, sharing best practices, and contributing to the school's overall success.
* Shaping the curriculum and exploring innovative teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities & Main Tasks

Requirements
To excel in this Secondary School Teacher role, you'll need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
* A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching in a UK secondary school .
* A genuine passion for teaching and unwavering commitment to student success.
* Excellent classroom management skills .
* The ability to differentiate instruction to meet all learners' needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
