What you’ll do:
* Process and review in-house UK payroll with accuracy and compliance.
* Support pensions (UK, Ireland & Netherlands) and end-of-year payroll processes.
* Partner with international providers to deliver timely, correct payrolls.
* Respond to payroll & benefit queries with clarity and empathy.
* Contribute to payroll data reporting and compliance improvements.

What you’ll bring:
* 3+ years’ UK payroll experience with strong legislative knowledge.
* High-level Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF).
* Strong accuracy, attention to detail & communication skills.
