About the Role:
Statfold Country Park is seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our Guest Relations team. This is a front-facing role, key to delivering a welcoming and memorable experience for our visitors. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive or call.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist guests on-site with a warm, personable approach
* Provide accurate and helpful information to enhance the visitor experience
* Handle incoming calls, responding to customer enquirers and managing bookings
* Support the use of our ticketing and booking platform (full training provided)
* Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards
* Uphold Statfold Country Park's values of professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, courteous, and proactive in dealing with customers
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
* Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays, with flexibility for extra shifts when required
