Job Description
Customer service and administrative duties to include:
1. Answering telephone calls and taking accurate and detailed information from customers
2. Updating documentation across various platforms used within the business to keep customer information relevant.
3. Cloud file organisation
4. Liaising with all relevant internal colleges and external partners to relay customer requirements
5. Managing team diaries
6. Office administration provided to Directors and the office manager
7. Basic IT and EPOS support – training will be provided.
8. Greeting and welcoming visitors
9. Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
10. Answering emails and sorting post
The successful candidate will have:
11. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
12. Previous experience in a customer facing role
13. Ability to work well within a busy team
14. Attention to detail in all aspects of work
15. Positive “can do” attitude and ability to work on initiative
16. Can work to a deadline
17. Being able to work under pressurised situations
18. Exceptional organisation
19. Holds a full driving licence
Job Type: Full-time/ Flexible
Salary: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
