An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the medical secretarial team working in Paediatrics, 15 hour role. Working alongside medical colleagues to provide high level admin and patient support.
Being involved in maintaining the high standards of the department and putting patients and their care first.
Main duties of the job
Robust Admin support for the medical team.
Maintaining diaries, booking meetings, maintaining patient lists.
Communication with patients and families to keep them updated with on-going care.

Qualifications
* RSA Stage III typing/word processing (or equivalent) or proven experience to the same standard
* RSA Stage I audio typing or proven experience of audio typing

Experience
* Medical word processing experience
* Previous medical secretarial experience
* Experience of MS Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge and Awareness
