Your Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that our exceptional service standards are met from arrival to set the tone of their dining experience
* Interpret, understate, and act on the needs of our guests, demonstrating discretion in your interactions and being able to communicate effectively with the team to guarantee guests' needs are met.
* Make sure the expectations of our guests are met at all times
* Act naturally in all your communications
