We are partnered with a leading engineering and marine technology company seeking two highly motivated Project Engineers to join their Havant-based team. These positions offer a unique opportunity to work on complex, cutting-edge projects involving propulsion systems, mechanical, and electrical engineering components for the maritime industry.
Responsibilities
 * Manage and coordinate engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring technical compliance, quality, and schedule adherence.
 * Lead cross-functional teams, liaising with design, systems, and manufacturing departments.
 * Oversee technical specifications, project documentation, and configuration of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems.
 * Provide technical support during project execution, including troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple engineering disciplines.
Candidate Requirements
 * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Aerospace, or related Engineering/Scientific discipline.
 * Experience managing or coordinating engineering projects in a mechanical/electrical or marine systems environment is highly desirable.
 * Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teams.
 * Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and compliance.
 * Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
