As Centre Director, you’ll inspire and lead a passionate team, drive continuous improvement, and foster a nurturing environment where children aged 6 weeks to 5 years can grow, explore, and thrive.

What You’ll Bring
12. Proven experience as a Centre Director or Service Manager
13. Diploma of Children’s Services (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification)
14. Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
15. Strong understanding of NQF, NQS, EYLF, and QKLG frameworks
16. Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills (experience with Xplor preferred)
17. Willingness to take the Child Protection Training as required
