Customer Support Intern (Financial Application Support)

Location: Hybrid, Manchester

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Program Duration: July 6, 2026 to September 11, 2026

Summary

OneStream is seeking motivated candidates for its 2026 internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Our internship is intended for rising seniors and graduate students enrolled in a degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship program concludes. As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll be part of the Application Support Team, providing assistance to clients using OneStream's software. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of how our support department operates and play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by assisting with customer cases and helping improve our knowledge base.

This Internship requires the successful individual to live within easy commutable distance to our Manchester office in Windmill Green, M2 3NN (which is adjacent to the Manchester Central Convention Complex)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

5. Learn the essentials of OneStream and support process.
6. Gain hands-on experience working with customers, troubleshooting issues, and developing effective communication skills.
7. Support the team in handling challenging and urgent cases, contributing to timely and effective solutions.
8. Assist in enhancing our knowledge base and organizing case categories to streamline data collection and reporting.
9. Participate in a special intern project to explore an area for improvement within the Customer Support team.

Required Education

10. In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.

Preferred Education and Experience

11. Studying towards a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field such as Information Technology (Computer Science, Computing or Information Systems)
12. Undergraduate students preferred (graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027).
13. Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

14. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); some exposure to Microsoft SQL is a plus (full training will be given)
15. Strong communication skills.
16. Attention to detail.
17. A team-oriented mindset.
18. Eagerness to learn.

Travel

19. 1 day a week in the Manchester office (Thursdays), the rest of the time is remote, home based.
