Role: Secretary
Pay: £15.93per hour
Location: Cardiff CF14
Hours of work: 35 hours a week Monday to Friday
Assignment length: 2 months
Pertemps is currently collaborating with a union that represents nursing staff and students both in the UK and internationally, and they are seeking a temporary Secretary for a 2-month period.
The ideal candidate will offer secretarial support to Senior Officers, assisting in the coordination and administration of services for members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
2. Manage diaries and prioritise meetings/appointments.
3. Handle and respond to incoming correspondence.
4. Organise travel arrangements.
5. Maintain and update documents and files (CMS and CRM).
6. Attend meetings and produce minutes.
7. Support our clients' representatives and handle member enquiries.
8. Arrange and prioritise meetings and calls.
Qualifications and Skills:
9. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
