Office Service Manager | Hinkley Point
Are you a hands-on leader with a background in HR or finance? Join us at Hinkley Point, one of the UK’s leading nuclear power stations, where you’ll play a key role in managing the Facilities Department.
We’re looking for an Office Service Manager to lead a small team of admin and managed services staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the Office Services function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage payroll data through SAP (overtime, absence, etc.)
2. Track costs, raise purchase orders, and manage budgets
3. Lead and support a team of 15
4. Provide admin support across departments
5. Handle invoicing and billing
6. Support recruitment and HR process rollouts
What You’ll Bring:
7. Background in finance and/or HR
8. Strong financial awareness
9. Proven experience leading teams
10. SAP experience (desirable)
11. Confident communicator under pressure
Desirable:
12. IOSH Managing Safely (training provided if needed)
13. Office-based team management experience
